A perfect location to be close to the action of summer festivals, farmers markets, parades and plenty of activity but off the main street. Walk to the Ferry lines to Mackinac, church, Wednesday and Thursday evening music concerts held at the marina and the Saturday Farmers market. Enjoy a historic guided walking tour on the weekend or visit the downtown restaurants, parks, museums and shops that dot this small but quaint downtown.

The Chatelle Flat has a completely equipped kitchen, range, microwave, TV, high speed internet and DVD player. No washer/dryer but a laundry mat is downtown across from the marina area. Linens and towels provided. Boat parking available.

St. Ignace is the trailhead to hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails cross-crossing the entire Upper Peninsula. Trails are directly accessed from several of our rental properties. For a unique experience, snowmobile across the “Ice Bridge” to Mackinac Island (check for trail conditions locally) or follow the trails to the frozen beauty of Tahquamenon Falls, Cut River Bridge and many other areas.
