MLS (Multiple Listing Service)

Mackinac Properties Inc. and all of its team are members of the Waterwonderland Board of Realtors and Northern Michigan Multiple Listing Service. We are linked to all available services through a computer network that  encompasses over 15 counties in northern Michigan and  the Eastern  Upper Peninsula with over 100 offices throughout the northern section of Michigan.  We also are a member of the National Assoc. of Realtors, Michigan Assoc. of Realtors, keeping us current and up to date on all legal and other matters regarding real estate.

In addition to having information on our properties available to all member offices and all their agents, all of our residential properties are also featured on www.realtor.com , the largest internet real estate site in the world.  Accessed by over 1 million viewers per day.  In October of 2000, Realtor.com will be the main and only real estate site featured on the popular AOL site.  

Mackinac Properties has immediate access and exposure to information on properties for sale within a wide range of Northern Michigan.   Whether you are buying or selling, our multiple listing service gives us an edge on what's going on in Northern Michigan.  

Not all companies north of the bridge take advantage of  available multiple listing services (MLS) that cover our northern section and they may not have access to the same information we do.  This makes it difficult to sometimes obatin current information immediately and may take additional time to find  properties not brought up on our system.  Always look for the "MLS" logo.
