Two bedrooms have a queen bed each and share a full bath. The separate bedroom has a double bed and full bath across hall. The den has a sleeper sofa if additional sleeping room is desired. Laundry room , deck off front and back, bbq pit area, dock, row boat, microwave and completely equipped full size kitchen, Satellite TV, Wireless internet available for laptop.

Directions: Take I-75 north from the Mackinac Bridge to the Tahquamenon Falls/Moran exit M-123), turn left and follow M-123 approximately 5 miles, turn at the Shell gas Station (Dukes Road) and follow to lake, turn left and follow a short distance down to the Sunset Breeze.
The Sunset Breeze has shallow swimming, great for kids. Close to the Lake Michigan Sand Dunes and many attractions within an hour.
Great Snowmobile Trails-leave from door
access to Main trail at M-123 or access from frozen lake to many points of trail entry.
ORV Trail System right up the road
Sand Dunes Cross Country Ski and Hiking Trail System just 5 min.
North Country Trails 5 min.
Hiawatha National Forest
Small store, gas station, restaurant/bar, hardware, fish market, in village of Moran, 2 miles.
