The Mackinac Properties Team
Moving Trailer Rules & Restrictions
The Trailer is provided compliments of the Mackinac Properties Team and available
for use by our clients, as well as community organizations & charity groups.
- Reservations for the use of the trailer
are required, and filled on a "first come, first serve basis."
- Only licensed drivers, 21 years and older,
may reserve the trailer. Proof of insurance & a valid driver's license
must be provided prior to use. If there will be more than one driver - license
and insurance must be provided, to us, for each individual. Driver's insurance
should cover any vehicle damage during use. Driver will be liable for any
deductible.
- Distance is restricted to within the State
of Michigan.
- All required leasing documents must be read
and signed prior to use. These forms are available through our office.
- Please return the trailer in clean condition.
- The Trailer includes: ramp and dolly.
- The Mackinac Properties Team is not responsible
for the theft of personal items and encourages you to keep the trailer locked
when not in use. The user assumes responsibility for the replacement
of lost/stolen/damaged dolly.
