  Nestled in the
woods on a deep private lot, this cozy family getaway features
knotty pine throughout and many hand crafted wood accents. a full kitchen with
all modern appliances and plenty of room for family dining at the dining table
and breakfast bar. A large deck overlooks beautiful Lake Michigan and St.
Helena Island.
Sleeping
arrangements consist of 2 bedrooms on the main level, each with a
double bed, a spiral staircase leading to a great sleeping loft
with a twin trundle bed complete the sleeping accommodations. Beautiful sunsets await you each evening.
Amenities include
a color TV. with VCR/DVD, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave,
charcoal grill, outdoor lawn furniture and a great fire pit (purchase your own
wood) to roast Smores.
Note: Summer guest must supply own sheets and towels. Bedding and
pillows furnished upon request.
Directions:
Located directly on a Lake Michigan Shoreline just 7 1/2 miles west of the
Mackinac Bridge. Take U.S. 2 west after crossing north on the Mackinac Bridge,
follow to bottom of big hill and go past Lehtos Pasties,
turn left on Gros Cap Road and go several hundred feet. Second Driveway
to the right. Long drive
into property.
The Cedar Sunset
Cottage has shallow swimming, great for kids. Close to the Lake
Michigan Sand Dunes, Mackinac Island Ferries, Mystery Spot, Deer Ranch and many
other attractions.
